Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by ROMEING. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred method, either via the original payment method used or as wallet credit. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded as wallet credit only.

'Wallet credit' is an outstanding credit on a customer account that can be applied to an invoice as a payment. Once issued, 'wallet credit' cannot be encashed under any circumstances. Wallet credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

The Management's decision regarding damaged or defective products and the issuance of wallet credit shall be final and binding. Furthermore, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify or alter the above conditions or policy without prior notice, and such modifications shall be final and binding.
