Warranty Coverage: 2 years warranty covers manufacturing defects, ensuring that your luggage bag meets our stringent quality standards. Should any fault or defect become apparent during warranty period, we will endeavour to repair, provide new parts or replace your luggage with a comparable model.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear of Product use; or after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, physical damages to parts like wheels, locks, trolley mechanism, body shell scratches, fabric abrasion, etc.) misuse, accidents, neglect, or damage caused by Airline mishandling, are NOT covered under warranty. It also does not cover damage resulting from improper packing, storage, or handling of the luggage bag. Forgotten lock codes are not covered. Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorized parties void this warranty.
