That’s why every ROMEING luggage comes with a 7-day return policy for all products purchased from our ROMEING website. All final sale items (marked as Non-returnable) are yours to keep.

  • Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in 1-2 business days by standard surface courier.
  • We do not ship outside India.
    Once your order leaves our warehouse, it may take between 3-7 days depending on your location.
  • In case of remote locations, delivery time may be extended up to 10 business days.
  • Order Tracking information will be sent to your registered email.

  1. Before returning any products, the customer must request an authorization to return the products directly through our website. Simply sign into your account and navigate to My Account – My Orders page to initiate a return. Please support your return request with images/videos.
  2. In case your order date is past the return window, you will not see the option to return it.
  3. ROMEING will evaluate and approve the return request within 24 working hours.
  4. Post approval, ROMEING will get the products picked up from your delivery address.
  5. For the reverse pickup, kindly keep the parcel ready once the return request is confirmed. In case the package is not ready at the time of pickup or you are not available at the given pickup address, we will re-book the pickup only once after that. Post this, you will have to ship the product to us for any return and no amount will be refunded for the reverse shipment charges incurred.
  6. Do not hand over the shipment to the courier partner if he/she is not providing the return pickup slip. The slip will help you to confirm the pickup with us and we can then follow up with our courier partner.
  7. After inspection, ROMEING will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (whichever selected by you) for that amount (excluding COD charges if applied) or a wallet credit only (for COD orders). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you've submitted the request with us.
  8. Once the refund tender has been selected by the customer, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.

DO’S and DON’Ts for return

All ROMEING products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging.

Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

In case of bundled offer purchase (where you buy 2 or more products on discount), part return of products is possible. Please reach out to our customer care for the refund value.

If by any chance you do not return the outer box and other packaging materials, then a sum of INR 200 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by ROMEING. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the original payment method you used or wallet credit. COD orders will be refunded as Wallet credit only
  2. 'Wallet credit' as used herein is an outstanding credit on a customer account that can be applied to an invoice as a Payment. 'Wallet credit' once issued, cannot be encashed at any circumstance. ‘Wallet credit’ have a validity of 6 months from date of issue.

The Management's decision regarding damaged/defective product and/or issuance of wallet credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
