That’s why every ROMEING luggage comes with a 7-day return policy for all products purchased from our website All final sale items (marked as Non-returnable) are yours to keep.

Shipping Process

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within one business day via standard surface courier. We currently ship only within India. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it typically takes between 2-5 days to reach you, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 10 business days.

Return Process

Before returning any products, customers must request authorization directly through our website. Simply sign into your account and navigate to My Account – My Orders page to initiate a return. Please support your return request with images or videos.

If your order date is past the return window, the return option will not be available.

ROMEING will evaluate and approve return requests within 24 working hours. Post approval, ROMEING will arrange for the products to be picked up from your delivery address. Please have the parcel ready once the return request is confirmed. If the package is not ready or you are unavailable during the pickup, we will re-book the pickup only once. Subsequent to this, you will need to ship the product to us for any return, and no refund will be issued for the reverse shipment charges incurred.

Please do not hand over the shipment to the courier partner if they do not provide a return pickup slip. This slip is necessary to confirm the pickup with us and follow up with our courier partner.

After inspection, ROMEING will confirm whether the products are in acceptable condition within 7 working days of receiving the shipment. Upon confirmation, in accordance with our Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method (whichever you selected) for that amount (excluding COD charges, if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you've submitted the request.

Once the refund tender has been selected by the customer, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Please ensure that the following conditions are met when preparing goods for return:

  • All ROMEING products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging.
  • Items altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • In case of bundled offer purchases, where you buy 2 or more products at a discount, part returns are possible. Please contact our customer care for the refund value.
  • Failure to return the outer box and other packaging materials will result in a deduction of INR 200 per item from the refund amount.
